Airtasker Installation Offer - Terms & Conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to the Ring.com x Airtasker offer wherein customers who purchase a security camera or video doorbell on ring.com/AU within the Offer Period will receive one unique promotional code for $30 to use on the Airtasker Australia platform www.airtasker.com/au (Platform) to contribute the value of the promotional code towards an installation task for the purchased Ring product(s) within the Redemption Period (the Offer). The promotional code applies only to Ring-related tasks with a minimum price of A$120, excluding fees.

The Offer commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on 16 March 2026 and ends at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 30 June 2026 (Offer Period).

Customers who qualify for the Offer will receive their unique promotional code by email from Ring.com, within 48 hours of order completion on ring.com/AU.

The unique promotional code must be redeemed in accordance with instructions in the email.

The unique promotional code is eligible to be redeemed from receipt until 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31 July 2026 (Redemption Period).

To use the unique promotional code, the eligible customer must have or must create an Airtasker account and post a task on the Airtasker Platform. Then, when the customer accepts an offer from the selected independent contractor, the customer must enter the unique promotional code when prompted to enter payment details and the promotional code ($30) will be applied.

The products eligible for the Offer are security cameras or video doorbells sold on ring.com/AU. The Offer does not apply to.
i. purchases from third party sellers including Amazon AU (including purchases made on amazon.com.au); or
ii. purchases of Ring accessories.

By redeeming the unique promotional code the subject of this Offer, you agree to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions available at https://go.airtasker.com/ring.

Ring is not responsible for the platform services provided by Airtasker.

Pursuant to Airtasker’s Terms and Conditions, you specifically acknowledge and agree that any services provided to you in relation to a task you post on the Airtasker Platform will be the services of an independent contractor engaged by you. To the extent permitted by law, neither Airtasker nor Ring are liable for any loss arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided to you by an independent contractor in relation to any task.

The unique promotional code is single use and can only be redeemed once per Ring customer.

Each customer can only claim the offer once. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple purchases of eligible products from Ring will not entitle a customer to multiple unique promotional codes.

The Offer is non-transferable, cannot be resold and is not redeemable for cash.

This Offer cannot be used on pre-existing orders.

If you violate any terms and conditions of the Offer, the Offer will be invalid, and the discount will not apply.

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Ring may elect to cancel a purchase transaction (and refund monies paid) if it considers that a customer is violating these terms or to address suspected misuse, abuse or fraud.

Airtasker reserves the right to void any unique promotional code (and may restrict the individual from using the Airtasker platform) if Airtasker determines at its sole discretion that a unique promotional code has been obtained, used, or applied to an Airtasker Account (or purchase) in a manner that is fraudulent, unlawful or in any way inconsistent with Airtasker's Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines.

This Offer is subject to availability and Ring reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the Offer at any time at its discretion.

The Ring.com/AU Terms of Services apply to any purchase on Ring.com/AU.

This Offer is open to Australian customers only.

Ring UGC Competition Terms & Conditions

You may enter the promotion via Ring App and email. To participate, share your video to anzstories@ring.com

You consent to Ring publishing the video uploaded, at its discretion, to social media or Ring.com.

• One entrant will be selected to win 1 x $200 Amazon voucher each calendar month for the duration of the promotion (13 x $200 vouchers in total).
• Winners will be notified as specified in the linked announcement for the promotion within 5 days of the end of the calendar month. The promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner(s).
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, or X.
• By entering the promotion you agree that we and our affiliates, the prize provider(s), and Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter, will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against any liability or loss, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, for all matters related to your acceptance, possession, experience with, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the promotion.

  • Shipping charges and taxes may apply to the full value of discounted and free promotional items.
  • Items must be purchased in a single order and shipped at the same speed to a single address.
  • Offer only valid for invited Ring customers who have received this offer directly from Ring through email or online display advertisements as part of the promotion.
  • Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • any of the products or content purchased using the voucher are returned, your refund will be provided in the same form as the original payment method, subject to applicable refund policies.
  • If you violate any of these terms, the offer will be invalid.
